Refunds
14 days, for any reason
If WindCanvas isn’t right for you, email support@windcanvas.com within 14 days of buying, with your order number. You don’t need to give a reason. We refund the full price to your original payment method through Polar, usually within five business days, and deactivate the licence key.
After 14 days
If the software has a problem, email us and we will fix it. If it has a major failure (for example, it won’t run on a computer that meets the system requirements and we can’t fix that), you can choose a refund instead. These rights come from the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded; buyers outside Australia keep the consumer rights their own law gives them.
Schools
Classroom and whole-school licences follow the same 14-day rule from the date of the invoice. For a licence paid by purchase order, we cancel the invoice or refund the payment.
Try before you buy
The free browser version runs the same solver on your own graphics chip, so it is the best way to check that WindCanvas runs well on your computer before you pay.
